Instructions to candidates applying for the open/anticipated vacancies for MCA Faculty in Chinmaya Institute of Technology, Kannur.

1. The completed application forms with attested copies of the certificates and testimonials in proof of qualification, age and experience, if any, should reach the Principal, Chinmaya Institute of Technology, Govindagiri, Chala, Thottada P.O., Kannur 670 007.
2. If an applicant wants to apply for more than one post, the above fact may be mentioned in the Application Form and separate application is not necessary.
3. No traveling expenses will be paid for attending the interview/ written test.
4. Only candidates having necessary qualification and experience will be called for the interview/ written test and the application fee will not be refunded in case of rejected or incomplete application.
5. The Institution does not collect any donation/deposit for appointment. The selection will be purely on merit and canvassing of any sort will be a disqualification.
6. Academic details: Starting with High School/Higher Secondary, list of all examinations passed, degrees (specify disciplines) obtained, division, if any, dates and institutions/universities from which obtained, name(s) of supervisor(s) for research degree(s) obtained with title(s) of research thesis. Give details of academic distinctions obtained.
7. Please provide the following details on an annexure on separate sheets:

* Basic salary and break up of all allowances now being drawn :
* Professional career up to date in chronological order (list all appointments and posts held, nature of the work done):
* If there is a gap in the periods described above, the same may be explained:

* Publications with titles of articles, names of journals and dates (a) research, (b) others:
* Industrial experience:
* Type of consultancy work done:
* If the candidate is an applicant of any Foreign Fellowship/ or job in India/ abroad details to be given.
* Visits abroad and nature of assignment
* Any other information which the candidate wishes to supply and which has not already been covered in the above items.
* A 250 words description indicating how the candidate proposes to pursue his professional mission in consonance with the goals of the Institute in terms of teaching, course development, centers of research and institutional development
* Titles of courses taken for various degrees at the university level. Also include syllabi as far as possible.

8. Names and addresses of AT LEAST TWO references well acquainted with the professional work of the candidate with at least one reference for each institution served in the past five years.
