Basic requirements Qualifications/Experience:

• Good and Consistence academic record and communication skills
• Expertise in GNU/Linux and Open Source Software
• Excellent programming skills in C/C++/ JAVA
• Experience in large software projects development/ Software Engineering tools
• Good domain knowledge of Operating Systems/ Networking/ Software Engineering
• Teaching/ Industry experience at a reputed Institute/ Industry.

 Desirable Skills in two or more of the following areas:

1. Kernel Programming: GNU/Linux
2. TCP/IP Networks & Network Programming
3. Database Management System and SQL programming
4. Enterprise Java Programming
5. Internet Programming: HTML/DHTML/ CGI /XML
6. Linux Firewalls & IPV 6 Protocols
7. Secure Socket Layer and Cryptography
8. Component based software development: COM/DCOM/CORBA
